In the US Navy, usually the Commander of the Air Group (CAG) has an aircraft designated for his/her use, and is given a flashy paint scheme to denote the CAG so the rest of the airwing can identify him/her. Is this the case here for this example or are they all given this particular scheme for the squadron?

It's a wonderful shot by the by. Great exposure, focus and depth of field- I'm surprised by the ISO speed though. I'm sure the aircraft was flying at speed, I'm just curious as to why not a higher ISO speed, like 800 or 1000? And then I see the shutter speed, and it explains everything...
